Refund Policy
At Samanoona, we want customers to shop with confidence. This policy explains when returns, replacements, or refunds may be available.
Return eligibility
A product may be eligible for return or replacement if it arrived damaged, was defective, the wrong item was delivered, or the product was significantly different from the confirmed order details.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized products, used items, opened hygiene or beauty products, items without original packaging, clearance items, and products damaged by customer misuse may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
Custom products
Custom products are prepared based on customer instructions. They usually cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once processing has started unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly made.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
Refund process
If a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method, store credit, bank transfer, wallet transfer, or another approved method depending on the order and payment type.
Cash on Delivery orders
For COD orders, refunds may require a manual method after verification.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from Samanoona, courier, or supplier.
