Company Overview: Samanoona is committed to providing a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns.

Position Overview: The E-Commerce Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone.
    • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about products, pricing, and promotions.
  4. Order Management:
    • Process customer orders and returns in our e-commerce system.
    • Ensure accurate and timely updates to customer accounts and order statuses.
  5. Customer Feedback:
    • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
    • Identify trends and common issues to help develop better customer service strategies.
  6. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Document customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and e-commerce platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience with live chat support.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and logistics.
