E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

Position Overview: The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our products and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
    • Create and manage promotional content for various marketing channels.
  2. SEO and Content Optimization:
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
    • Optimize product descriptions, blog posts, and other web content for search engines.
  3. Social Media Management:
    • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
    • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Email Marketing:
    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers.
    • Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Generate regular reports and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
    • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create compelling marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
