Position Overview: The E-Commerce Website Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce website, including product listings, website functionality, user experience, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, website management, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website.
    • Ensure the website is fully functional, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
    • Monitor website traffic, performance, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
  2. Product Management:
    • Manage product listings, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and removing discontinued items.
    • Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  3. User Experience (UX):
    • Continuously improve the user experience by implementing best practices in website design and navigation.
    • Conduct A/B testing and user testing to identify areas for improvement.
  4. SEO and Content Management:
    • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    • Create and manage content for product pages, blog posts, and other website sections.
  5. Marketing and Promotions:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online marketing campaigns.
    • Manage promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
    • Utilize email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels to drive traffic and sales.
  6. Customer Service and Support:
    • Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and issues related to the website.
    • Implement features and tools to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
  7. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Analyze website performance metrics and generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and user behavior.
    • Use data insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for website improvements.
  8. Technical Management:
    • Coordinate with web developers and IT support to address technical issues and implement new features.
    • Ensure website security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing an e-commerce website, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento).
  • Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and PPC.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
