Position Overview: The E-Commerce Website Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce website, including product listings, website functionality, user experience, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, website management, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website.
- Ensure the website is fully functional, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Monitor website traffic, performance, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
- Product Management:
- Manage product listings, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and removing discontinued items.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- User Experience (UX):
- Continuously improve the user experience by implementing best practices in website design and navigation.
- Conduct A/B testing and user testing to identify areas for improvement.
- SEO and Content Management:
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Create and manage content for product pages, blog posts, and other website sections.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online marketing campaigns.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
- Utilize email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels to drive traffic and sales.
- Customer Service and Support:
- Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and issues related to the website.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing an e-commerce website, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento).
- Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
- Experience with digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and PPC.
